Description
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Provide legal guidance on land acquisitions, development, joint ventures, and forward sale deals.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and legal documents.
- Advise internal teams including HR, Commercial, and Planning.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across the business.
- Manage legal disputes and external counsel relationships.
- Support corporate governance and liaise with the Company Secretary.
- Integrate legal strategies with the organisation's environmental sustainability goals.
- Maintain quality standards in legal operations.
Profile
- Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE, specialising in real estate and residential development.
- Strong knowledge of property law and construction-related legal matters.
- Proven experience in complex real estate transactions and negotiations.
- In-house experience and corporate governance knowledge are desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sustainability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
