An excellent opportunity has been created for an organised, customer focused logistics / shipping coordinator to join a world leading manufacturer and distributor of professional products based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire in a busy shipping department.
You need to be a confident with the ability to prioritise your workload, good administrator & numeracy skills with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing goods and processing worldwide shipments by courier and freight forwarder
- Liaising with production and test teams
- Processing RMA receipts and distributing them
- General administrative duties
- Occasional driving and delivery jobs
Key Qualifications and Capabilities:
- Organised with a good attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Focused on providing a high standard of service to internal and external customers
Desirable:
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP system
- Experience of international trade and logistics
- Full and clean driving licence
This position is based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire with parking, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start times and 100% office based. They offer 24 days holiday increasing every 2 years, but you can also buy or sell holidays. The salary offered is 25k with a yearly discretion annual bonus, plus a Pension, Life insurance, Cycle to work Scheme, Company events and free fruit.
