We’re working with a leading manufacturer seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of automation projects, drive process improvements, and lead new product introductions across injection moulding and electronic assembly operations.

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

  • Deliver automation and process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
  • Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production
  • Lead validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with standards
  • Act as technical lead for new product introduction (NPI) projects
  • Support and optimise electronic box build & test processes
  • Champion ESD-safe practices and training across operations
  • Serve as customer-facing technical lead on projects

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in process engineering within injection moulding and/or electronic assembly
  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering (or qual by experience)
  • Skilled in automation, jig/fixture design, and process validation
