End User Device Engineer
Location: Kidlington
Rate: Up to 250 per day Umbrella
Contract until end of March 2026 with possible extension

An experienced End User Device Engineer is required to support a busy ICT environment, delivering high-quality end user support and ensuring services are maintained in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

The Role
Provide hands-on support across end user devices, working closely with ICT teams, business users and third-party suppliers to minimise disruption and maintain a strong user experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd line end user device support
* Resolve incidents, requests and problems within agreed SLAs
* Support Windows 10 devices, laptops, desktops and smartphones
* Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating where required
* Support moves, projects, events and technology refresh activity
* Maintain and update documentation and knowledge articles
* Follow asset management and ICT governance processes
* Identify and suggest service improvements

Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in ICT operational or EUD support roles
* Strong Windows 10, desktop, laptop and mobile device support experience
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
* Ability to work across multiple locations
* Full UK driving licence

Desirable
* ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
* Experience using ServiceNow
