Production Controller - Chalgrove, Oxfordshire - £35k - £40k DOE plus excellent benefits
This company, the world's leading manufacturer of ejection seats, are looking to recruit a Production Controller at their prestigious site in Chalgrove, Oxfordshire. You will play an integral role in ensuring the on-time delivery of customer orders, high production throughput and ensuring stock levels and work in progress is at the optimum level.

Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire
Hours of work: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12 Midday on Fridays.
Production Controller Responsibilities:
- Working proactively with the Production, Engineering and Quality departments supporting the production plan and ensuring corrective actions are introduced to eliminate defects.
- Producing ammunition data cards.
- Processing of contract data requirement lines.
- The management of customer orderbook and delivery reports.
- Back-up handling deliveries to the Shipping department.
- Collation and review of production paperwork for presentation for customer review.
- Checking completed packing / production cards for booking in errors.
The successful candidate:
- Familiarity with US Government packing and shipping requirements would be highly beneficial
- Experience in data processing and process coordination within an Aerospace/Defence or Automotive sector.
- Experience with planning and organising
- Able to demonstrate solid data analysis and accurate typist skills
- A keen eye for detail and thorough when checking own work.
- Experience using SAP would be a distinct advantage
