Customer Development Manager - Growth-Focused Strategic Role

We're hiring a Customer Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving both account growth and new business opportunities at OGM, a leading player in manufacturing and injection moulding. This high-impact role blends strategic account management with business development, supporting our ambitious 3-year growth plan.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts - act as the primary point of contact for RFQs, enquiries, and ongoing projects.
  • Identify and secure new business - target opportunities that align with our strategic goals and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - work closely with Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support pricing and commercial strategy - contribute to accurate quoting and decision-making to maximise profitability.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in account management or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts and win new business consistently.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams; organised and confident in a fast-paced environment.
