About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join TVP's team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The role will involve assisting in the completion of essential project documentation, guiding junior team members, and providing advice to enhance overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with agreed time lines.
  • Take ownership of project paperwork, including project plans, risk registers, status reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide guidance and advice to junior colleagues, helping them navigate project management processes and ensuring they follow best practices.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with the preparation of project milestones, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Offer recommendations and insights to enhance project processes, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support junior colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
