The Burford Recruitment Company is proud to partner with a Premium Private Club in the Cotswolds to appoint an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead all front-of-house operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to help create an elegant yet relaxed club environment, where exceptional food and outstanding service are at the heart of the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
- Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen/FOH integration
- Monitor stock, manage budgets, and drive profitability while maintaining quality
- Play a visible, hands-on role in creating a welcoming, refined club atmosphere
Ideal candidates will:
- Bring solid experience in hospitality management, ideally in a club, boutique, or quality-driven venue
- Be confident, approachable, and hands-on, with strong leadership and people skills
- Remain calm under pressure, organised, and focused on delivering a quality guest experience
- Be excited to shape a warm, elegant hospitality experience in a premium setting
