This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the growth of private dining, events, and hospitality offerings, helping to position the club as a sought-after destination for social and corporate gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy for private events, functions, and hospitality packages
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and private clients
  • Create tailored proposals and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to event delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage team, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution and a consistently high-quality guest experience
  • Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams in line with the club’s vision and brand

  • Have a proven track record of success in hospitality or event sales
  • Be an excellent communicator with natural relationship-building skills
  • Be energetic, outgoing, and commercially minded
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on client satisfaction and the guest experience
