The Burford Recruitment Company is proud to partner with a Premium Private Club in the Cotswolds to appoint a commercially focused and results-driven Hospitality Sales Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the growth of private dining, events, and hospitality offerings, helping to position the club as a sought-after destination for social and corporate gatherings.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy for private events, functions, and hospitality packages
- Build strong relationships with local businesses, event planners, and private clients
- Create tailored proposals and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to event delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage team, and leadership to ensure seamless event execution and a consistently high-quality guest experience
- Identify and capitalise on new revenue streams in line with the club’s vision and brand
- Have a proven track record of success in hospitality or event sales
- Be an excellent communicator with natural relationship-building skills
- Be energetic, outgoing, and commercially minded
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on client satisfaction and the guest experience
- Thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork and quality are valued
