Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join a respected independent practice in Oxfordshire.
The position offers a salary of up to £50,000 basic, with on-target earnings of £60,000 to £65,000, and a car allowance.
Candidates can work either full-time or part-time, with a home-based working arrangement and additional benefits like a bonus scheme and healthcare.
Applicants must have experience in Level 2 Surveys, VRS, and report writing using tablet technology.
The role involves conducting private valuations and performing Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.

We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Oxfordshire area. Our clients are a friendly, supportive practice that provides administrative support and the ability to work from home.

They are open to individually looking for either full-time or part-time work.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

Up to £50,000 Basic (pro-rata for part-time)
On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £65,000 (pro-rata)
Car Allowance

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Experience in Level 2 Surveys
VRS
Experience in report writing using tablet technology

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out Private Valuations
Carrying out level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
