We're currently recruiting Classroom Assistants to join our team, working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North West London.

Your Role:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, lessons.
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional guidance.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
  • Assist with preparation of materials and classroom displays.
  • Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.

About You:
  • Experience working with children in a school environment.
  • A calm, caring and proactive approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
