Your Role:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, lessons.
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional guidance.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and routines.
- Assist with preparation of materials and classroom displays.
- Encourage positive relationships and emotional wellbeing.
About You:
- Experience working with children in a school environment.
- A calm, caring and proactive approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
