A nursing home located in the Kilmarnock area is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to oversee clinical excellence, mentor staff, and drive quality improvements within the service.

Role Overview:

As the Clinical Lead, you will take a proactive approach to clinical governance, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff development. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead by example, support the nursing team, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and management, ensuring best practices in nursing care.
  • Oversee and support the nursing and care team, promoting a positive and professional culture.
  • Lead on care planning, risk assessments, and medication management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, supporting staff development and training.
  • Foster a person-centred approach, ensuring residents receive compassionate and dignified care.
