Reviewingandapprovingtechnicaldocumentation.
Liaisingwithprojectteams,otherdepartments,seniormanagement,andcontractors.
Providingconstructionqualityandtechnicaloversight,managingchange,mitigatingrisk,managingcostsandmanagingtheschedule.
Directingandsupervisingcontractorsduringconstructionandinstallation.
Managingchangecontrol.

Qualifications

ApplicantsshouldhavedemonstrableexperienceofleadingconstructionteamsactingasPrincipalConstructororCDMManageronlargeindustrial,energyorprocessplantprojects.
Extensiveexperienceinmanagingconstructiononprojectswithinthechemicalssector.
Excellentcommunicationandleadershipskills.
StrongworkingknowledgeofCDM2015,HSEguidanceandrelevantUKlegislation.
DegreeorequivalentinConstructionManagement,Engineeringorsimilardisciplineisdesired.
NEBOSHConstructioncertificate,NVQLevel6/7inConstructionHealth&Safetyorequivalentisbeneficial.
Strongmanagementskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsconcurrently.
