Overview
You will provide proactive, multi-skilled maintenance support to Co-op stores, following company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with KPIs.
- Report any issues that can’t be repaired and suggest alternatives.
- Inform store managers of any maintenance problems affecting operations.
- Carry out small alterations or installations as required.
- Perform general repairs (e.g., building fabric, shelving, signage).
- Keep accurate records of time sheets and mileage.
- Work with colleagues to maintain high quality standards.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.
- Attend training courses to stay up to date with technical skills.
