Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform exterior train body repairs, including welding, rust removal, dent repairs, and panel replacement
  • Overhaul interiors: floors, seating, ceilings, partitions
  • Inspect, identify, and repair corrosion and structural damage
  • Complete full carriage refurbishments to strict engineering and safety standards
  • Operate power tools and pneumatic tools for high-precision repair work
  • Ensure work meets rail safety regulations and quality specifications
