Location: Kilmarnock (hybrid)
Salary: circa 35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will include:
- Encouraging a proactive health and safety mindset across the site by providing clear, practical guidance to employees at all levels
- Assisting in the implementation and progression of site-wide Health, Safety and Environment initiatives
- Contributing to site inductions and training programmes, and coordinating with external contractors where needed
- Maintaining and continuously improving management systems in alignment with internal standards and best practices
The successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:
- Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, ideally from within a lab environment
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) and ideally a good technical knowledge of ISO standards
- A proactive and practical mindset, with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
