Position Summary:* Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing dirt, grease, and oil paint* Sand surfaces to smooth out imperfections* Apply masking tape and protective covers to areas not being painted* Demasking all vehicles once the paint work has been completed* Detailed filler work Person Profile:* Experience in a prepping position, ideally within heavy vehicles/automotive* Proficiency using hand tools for sanding/cleaning/polishing* Basical mechanical equipment maintenance PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN DRUGS AND ALCOHOL TEST BEFORE BEING OFFERED A POSITION (this is standard procedure on Rail depots)Please note due to the volume of applications, we can only commit to contact those candidates we deem suitable for the position.
