Salary: £41,730 per annum

Schedule: 2-week rotation between day shift and night shift (40 hours per week)

As a Spray Painter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing vehicle bodies for the application of paint coating to different types of vehicle bodies and rolling stock
  • Using and selecting appropriate tools, equipment, and materials as required for work tasks
  • Using your core technical skills and experience to complete tasks on time and safely
  • Communicating any discrepancies or changes to your supervisor and engineering teams
  • Ensuring your work area is maintained in a safe and tidy manner

The ideal Spray Painter will be:

  • Time-served with relevant qualifications
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in spray painting and the safe use of hazardous materials
  • Motivated, and able to work in a deadline driven, busy environment
