Lead Administrator – Logistics OperationsAre you an experienced administrator with a strong eye for detail and the ability to lead a small team? We’re looking for a Lead Administrator to oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring goods are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for supervising a team of administrators while managing the flow of documentation and processes that keep imports moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can balance people management with operational delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the handling and verification of import paperwork.
  • Liaise across operational teams to ensure documentation, clearance, and final mile deliveries run seamlessly.
  • Prepare and distribute manifests, load plans, and other transport documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries around HR, rosters, payroll, training, and day-to-day issues.
  • Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, ID management, and training compliance.
  • Support rostering and scheduling to maintain full operational coverage.
  • Maintain accurate staff and operational records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Promote a safe, secure, and efficient working environment, adhering to health & safety and data protection standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • A team-oriented leader who can also work independently under pressure.
