What youll be doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure machinery uptime
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Working as part of a high-performing maintenance team
• Playing a key role in driving process improvements and supporting site innovation

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role within manufacturing
• Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) background preferred
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and a team player mentality

The Rewards:

A basic salary of around £40 45,000 is on offer along with a 25% shift allowance, significant overtime if requested and various other ancillary benefits.
