Are you an Operations Manager / Director with experience working in the Civil / Rail sectors looking for an exciting new opportunity to work for a rapidly growing that will continually invest in you and your career?

You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, profitable and efficient delivery of civil and rail engineering projects across Scotland, you'll also lead project teams, manage resources and uphold compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory standards.
This company has been established 3 years but have already worked on a wide range of exciting projects by providing an exceptional service for their clients ensuring a smooth process every time. They provide expert engineering solutions across the rail, civil and infrastructure sectors and have worked on a range of high-profile projects such as The Great Western Electrification Program and Cross Rail.
This role would suit an Operations Manager / Director looking for an autonomous role where you'll get to manage operation on exciting and prestigious projects for a company that'll continually invest in you and your career.
The Role:
- Oversee daily operations across all live projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
- Ensure project teams are supported with the right resources and expertise
- Provide direct line management to project managers, site managers and supervisors
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners and subcontractors
- Attend project meetings and support commercial teams in client discussions and tender presentations.
The Person:
- Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Construction or related discipline
- Proven track record in a Senior Operations or delivery role within civil engineering or rail infrastructure
