Description

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations.
• Manage accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide support and guidance to the finance team as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when necessary.

Profile

A successful Payroll & Accounting Lead should have:

• Strong knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in Accounting & Finance within a professional setting.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A professional qualification or part-qualified status in a relevant field.
• The ability to work effectively in a small-sized team environment.
