Rental Sales Engineer
As a Rental Sales Engineer you will be covering the North of England for this global manufacturer of air compressor systems, steam boilers, and nitrogen generators used across process & production end users when their systems go down. You will be like a fourth emergency service to your clients with an ability to offer them 24/7 support services, short & long-term rental solutions, and the reassurance of a brand name who have been established well in excess of 100 years.
This role is activity driven and involves travel across the North of the UK focusing on industrial sites where your services may be required in situations of downtime with manufacturers. You'll inherit a number of well developed accounts whereby you will continue to enhance those working partnerships as well as developing new ones with sites not yet brought on.
The Rental Sales Engineer could be dealing with an immediate requirement from a prospect in which agility and speed are key, or you could be playing a longer business development game with sites who may not have a need for your services for over a year. Both engagements are just as important to this business and your long-term success.

B2B field sales experience selling a technical product to end users
Activity driven, used to conducting 8-10 site visits per week, used to lots of travel
Excellent networking and relationship management skills
Driving license

35,000 - 40,000 DoE base salary
12,500 OTE (uncapped commission)
