I am working with a secondary alternative provision who are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant who can join their support team for the remaining academic year.

SEN Teaching Assistant - Your Role Will Involve:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher in delivering inclusive learning
Helping manage behaviour in line with school policies
Creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment

SEN Teaching Assistant - The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
