What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll:

  • Take ownership of multiple client assignments, seeing them through from start to completion

  • Collaborate closely with clients across a range of sectors, developing a genuine understanding of their businesses

  • Prepare accounts for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, and charities

  • Get involved in corporation tax returns, audits, management accounts, budgets, and cashflow forecasts

  • Support clients with system improvements, tax queries, and VAT returns

  • Develop your technical skills both through practical experience and formal training

  • Play a key part in team projects and contribute to the firm’s collaborative and supportive culture

What We’re Looking For

  • AAT qualified, QBE, or part-qualified ACA/ACCA

  • Ideally, 1+ years’ experience in practice

  • Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP

  • Audit experience is a must

  • A proactive approach, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills

  • An interest in the business world—someone who keeps up with market trends and developments
