About the Role
Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming school in the King's Lynn area. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrator to join the school office team on a temporary basis, working Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, education environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the day-to-day running of the school office
Handling phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries from parents and visitors
Maintaining pupil records and attendance registers
Assisting with general clerical duties including photocopying, filing, and data entry
Supporting staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable but not essential)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SIMS (or willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A calm and professional manner with a flexible approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
