We're Hiring: Production Operative / FLT Operative
Position: Production Operative
Location: Outskirts of Kings Lynn (Limited public transport routes)
Pay Rate: 14.04 - 14.89 per hour
Contract: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30/07:30 AM - 15:00/16:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Production Operative, you'll be an essential part of the manufacturing process, helping to produce high-quality products that customers love. Duties include:
Efficiently completing production tasks to meet daily targets
Operating machinery safely and in line with health and safety standards
Preparing materials and equipment for production
Inspecting products for quality control
Assisting with packaging and labelling
Supporting the team with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Following company procedures and production protocols

What We're Looking For:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus - but not essential
Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely
Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks
Team player with strong communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and well-organised
