We're Hiring: Production Operative / FLT Operative

Position: Production Operative
Location: Outskirts of Kings Lynn (Limited public transport routes)
Pay Rate: 14.04 - 14.89 per hour
Contract: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30/07:30 AM - 15:00/16:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Production Operative, you'll be an essential part of the manufacturing process, helping to produce high-quality products that customers love. Duties include:

  • Efficiently completing production tasks to meet daily targets

  • Operating machinery safely and in line with health and safety standards

  • Preparing materials and equipment for production

  • Inspecting products for quality control

  • Assisting with packaging and labelling

  • Supporting the team with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

  • Following company procedures and production protocols
