Production Operative

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work for a busy manufacturing and production client based in King's Lynn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets, carrying out basic maintenance, and ensuring high standards of product quality and workplace safety.

You would be required to work around machines and therefore take instruction as well as working on your own.

You will need to be able to read instructions and also be confident on using IT systems.

Working hours will be a 3 shift rotation- Nights, Late Afternoons and Mornings.

Hourly rate: 13.45 per hour plus a 25% shift premium.

This role is a permanent position and does require someone with previous manufacturing/production or machine minding experience.
