Chef de Partie. Our client, a busy Pub with rooms is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete the brigade. This is a well established business which has a changing menu offering daily specials as well as a Seasonal British Menu using all fresh food. The role is for a chef de partie who wants to cook good food as part of a hard working team. The role is hourly paid and you will work 45 hours week with additional hours worked paid plus tips. The role will mainly be working larder section but also the grill.

Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef during each service.
