You will be a master of managing multiple priorities and projects concurrently, assuring everything stays on track, communicating effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. As the business is scaling, you will be bringing in key processes and strategies to support and streamline, creating a best practise environment in which everyone can thrive. This is a role you can truly make your own.

The role offers a salary of £58000-£65000.00 p/a - please note that some occasional 'working away’ is required.

The day to day

  • Operational oversight of a portfolio of projects at various stages of quote, design, development and install.

  • Key contributor in daily and weekly meetings to provide cohesive updates which tie together the departments and assure transparency and vision.

  • Planning of workloads across the team to assure deadlines are achieved.

  • Track project progress (timelines and budget adherence) and update all stakeholders.

  • Proactively and efficiently communicating change and challenges, whilst creating practical and realistic solutions.

  • Identifying any common issues and creating long term solutions to enhance best practise

  • Creating new processes and policies to streamline and optimise company operations.

  • Assuring utmost quality assurance and client satisfaction is achieved / exceeded.

  • Support with procurement of associated materials, including negotiations and onboarding of new suppliers.

  • Creating regular operational reports as required.

You will have/be

  • Management of multiple, concurrent projects in a design / production / installation environment.

  • Track record of working with the development of core operational processes with proven results delivery as a result.

  • An excellent eye for detail and an interest in design.

  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to work to deadlines.

  • Able to recognise forthcoming issues and create / implement practical solutions.

  • Client facing skills - building strong working relationships.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with multiple teams

  • Proactive and adaptable approach.
