We are proud to be working in partnership with an exceptionally dynamic Managing Director (MD) who operates both in London and across international locations. We are seeking a highly capable and fully confidential Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a role with variety, complexity, and the opportunity to contribute at the highest levels. You will be challenged in situations where he needs you to be his deputy when he is not available and you will need to think on your feet with regard to customer expectations and project deadlines .
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the MD’s emails, correspondence, and calls—responding appropriately and professionally. Monitor, organise, and prioritise the MD’s inbox, responding or delegating as required and sourcing necessary information to formulate effective replies.
Manage travel arrangements, room bookings, and itineraries with precision. Work in close partnership with the MD and both internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare documents for corporate and project meetings, proactively anticipating requirements.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the MD.
Create dynamic visual presentations using PowerPoint and/or InDesign.
Maintain effective and strategic calendar management for the MD, allowing for travel and focused work time.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
