Your new company
Working for a International manufacturer based in Kings Lynn, this modern facility have an opening for an experienced Team Leader on a 4 on 4 off night shift.
Your new role
As Team Lead you will have a team of 8 experienced Engineers on shift, you will manage workload, prioritise maintenance schedules, keep accurate records of Engineering performance across your shift. You will coach and develop your team in line with company standards, ensuring any training needs are identified. You will have strong electrical and mechanical skills and experienced gained within an FMCG environment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this appointment you will be able to demonstrate leadership experience, strong all round Engineering skills particularly within Automation and Controls systems, this site operate an array of modern lines and processes. Your experience will be gained within FMCG and ideally a food manufacturing site, observing the highest levels of health, safety and hygiene.
