On behalf of our client we are looking for a HEAD OF WORKFORCE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS to join their team.

You will manage the Employee Relations and HR functions, including employee relations , Trade Union relations and Divisional HR support.

You will be the ER and HR lead, acting as a role model and providing professional guidance, leadership and management and you will manage and authorise expenditure to a pre-determined level for the ER and HR budget.
