- We are looking for a General Manager who is experienced in managing operations, Accommodation, Finance, Sales and Marketing along with being an exceptional people manager.
- The role of General Manager will require you to contribute towards the development of future revenue growth, further development of the facilities, to secure its long-term success.
- An interest in the wellness industry would be an advantage, but not essential as this role is very much focussed on the operations and commercial side of the business.
- The successful candidate can come from the wellness, Spa, Hotel or Venue sectors.
- Location is key and either a strong connection to the area of Norfolk or a real commitment to relocate is essential. 3 months subsidised accommodation available.
