- Lead the successful implementation of the ERP system, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor and other external partners to manage system configuration and data migration.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the ERP implementation process.
- Document processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation, ideally with exposure to IFS.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and levels of the business.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within a tight timeframe.
