As Quality Manager, you will report into the Technical Manager and be responsible for leading the sites quality agenda, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of food safety, legality, and quality. Youll be the glue between technical and operations, playing a critical role in ensuring that best practices are consistently maintained while also being commercially aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the quality team to uphold and improve site standards in line with BRCGS, customer, and legal requirements.

  • Act as the bridge between the Technical and Operations teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the production process.

  • Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Lead site preparation and participation in third-party and customer audits.

  • Champion a culture of food safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site.

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a senior quality role within the food manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, food legislation, and customer codes of practice.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
