We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a niche manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn. This business designs and manufactures products for the hospitality industry and has a new opportunity for a warehouse supervisor to support their busy warehouse with goods in and out.
Your new role
You will manage the materials movements into the site through the internal supply chain, and outbound to customers. You will ensure internal and external customer requirements are met. You will keep all transactions up to date and ensure they are completed accurately. You will supervise all incoming and outgoing materials and supervise the warehouse team. Working safely and in accordance with site health & safety policy. You will manage your team's development plan, time and attendance and workforce planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require proven experience in a supervisory role within a logistics environment and have a good understanding of lean manufacturing principles, with strong IT skills, great communication and leadership skills. Recognised qualifications in leadership are desirable. Counterbalance and Reach truck certificates essential.
