Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively supporting an exciting organisation in King's Lynn, recruiting for the position of Ecommerce Operations Administratorto join the team on a permanent basis.

Working full time from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with opportunity to do two days from home per week.

Within this role you will work with the Ecommerce team to ensure operations run smoothly, orders are processed accurately and ongoing continous improvement is actioned, managing administrative tasks and collaborating with teams across the business.

The role...

  • Processing orders and purchase orders
  • Monitor any issues and credits to reduce risks and loss of profit
  • Accruately track all activity on company systems, monitoring deliveries and working in line with SLA's
  • Analyse data to ensure optimum performance of online sales
  • Assist with administration for product listings and uploads in line with compliance and regulations
  • Liaise with transport and supply chain teams effectively to ensure timely deliveries and update the team to ensure product availability in line with product demand
