CRM Marketing AssistantFull-Time | Digital Marketing Team
Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, creative environment? We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Assistant to support our client's CRM Team in delivering high-quality campaigns and communications that reflect our brand across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a flair for design and copywriting, and a strong understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of engaging, brand-aligned digital content across multiple platforms.
- Create weekly campaign emails in Klaviyo, including image-based assets, compelling copy, CTAs, proofreading, and linking to relevant landing pages.
- Design digital ads and assets using Photoshop and Canva, following brand guidelines and templates.
- Maintain and update the digital content library for internal and agency use.
- Coordinate with external ad agencies for new ad creations and updates.
- Manage push notifications in line with the CRM marketing plan.
- Support seasonal updates of automated email flows within the customer journey.
- Ensure GDPR compliance when handling customer data.
You’re a creative and organised individual with a passion for CRM and digital marketing. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident working independently when needed.
Experience & Skills- 2+ years in a digital marketing or eCommerce role (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) and Canva.
- Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Confident in following briefs and maintaining brand tone and style.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
