In a nutshell…Our client is a leading manufacturer who provides solutions to businesses across the UK and overseas. They are the leaders in product innovation, and design concepts through to completion. They are now looking for a new Operations Administrator to join their team.Working within an established admin team, you will play a key role in making sure that all enquiries are responded to in a timely fashion maintaining consistent productivity throughout the day to operational needs.
What's involved for the Administrator…
- Maintain consistent productivity throughout the day in line with operational procedures
- Start and finish work according to scheduled hours, with flexibility as required
- Carry out a range of admin duties as needed, including:
- Managing email communications and updating relevant documentation
- Processing documentation for disposals and asset transfers
- Actively contribute to ongoing product and process improvement initiatives
- Update stock records and manage inventory data where necessary
- Create and receipt purchase orders in line with procurement processes
- Assist with ERP system queries and offer general system support
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Management team
- Identify and recommend ways to enhance administrative workflows and efficiency
- Compile and report key metrics and operational data
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of HMRC documentation and, compliance records
- Complete all assigned work accurately and promptly; escalate any issues to the Warehouse Manager if operational targets are at risk

This is a Full time, permanent Administrator role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
