About the Role
We are seeking hardworking Labourers to join a large-scale ground-mounted solar farm project in Kings Lynn.
Ground-mounted solar farms involve installing solar panels on frames fixed directly into the ground, covering large open areas. You'll be part of a team building the foundations for clean energy generation, including tasks such as trenching for cables, assembling mounting structures, and supporting panel installation.
Key Responsibilities
路Assisting with the installation of solar panels and mounting structures
路Digging trenches and preparing groundworks for cabling
路General site duties including moving materials and maintaining a clean work area
路Supporting skilled trades and machine operators as required
路Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
路Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred
路CSCS card essential
路Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
路Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
