Primary Supply Teacher

Watlington

£140 - £160 a day

Randstad Education is partnering with fantastic schools in and around Watlington and the surrounding villages to find dedicated Primary Supply Teachers ready to make a positive impact. In this role, you will nurture the academic, social, and emotional development of students, creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for children aged 4-11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Create an inspiring and safe learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive school culture and collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience teaching in a primary setting
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Right to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
  • Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2)
  • A positive and flexible approach to working with young learners
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
