Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Berry Recruitment King's Lynn currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in King's Lynn.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Generating new business
- Attracting candidates by advertising, CV searching and using social media
- Interviewing and matching candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment process

To be considered for this role you must:
- The ability to work towards targets/KPI's
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be self-motivated, driven and resilient
- Possess strong rapport building skills
- Be able to work in a high pressured environment
- Hold a FULL UK Driving Licence

As this role does not require previous Recruitment experience it could suit someone with previous sales experience who is looking for a new challenge.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.
