Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Setter to join their team in a fast-paced production environment focused on the manufacturing of Rubber Products.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and operate 1 to 2 machines on the production line, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Support the team with tasks such as lifting, palletising, and shrink wrapping.

Lead by example in adhering to safety protocols, including wearing safety shoes and hi-vis vests.

Assist in supervising daily operations and troubleshooting issues on the production line.

Maintain a clean and organised workspace while upholding company standards.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00

Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00

Additional Information:

37.5-hour working week.

One 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership capacity.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and motivate team members.

Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.

Commitment to following strict safety regulations and procedures.
