Site Supervisor - Water Treatment & Civil Engineering Project
A leading construction firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a challenging and rewarding water treatment and civil engineering project. This is an opportunity to contribute to a project that will improve essential infrastructure and enhance the environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction activities on the water treatment and civil engineering project.
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, adhering to project specifications, drawings, and all relevant regulations.
- Oversee a variety of construction tasks, including earthworks, drainage, pipe laying, structural works, and the installation of water treatment equipment.
- Coordinate with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Champion safety on the project, actively promoting a culture of awareness and ensuring the highest safety standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to the successful completion of the project, meeting deadlines and achieving the highest quality standards.
What We Need:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on water treatment or civil engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations relevant to both water treatment and civil engineering works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to achieving project goals on time and within budget.
- A strong commitment to safety, with a proven ability to implement and uphold the highest safety standards.
