Berry Recruitment are currently working alongside a busy manufacturing client to recruit for a Wood Machinist- a brand new exciting opportunity based in King's Lynn.

Duties will include:

  • Role involves setting and running machinery
  • Understanding of timber grades and profiles
  • Must be confident to work both independently and in a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all health and safety regulations and rules
  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills

Previous experience would be advantageous however previous experience working within a yard environment or manufacturing/production would be required.

Previous experience with using Weinig Powercom software would be desirable.

Working hours are 46 hours per week, working 6am-6pm, with a rotating day off.

Salary will be dependent on experience, between 27,500-29,500 per year.

This is a permanent position.
