Location: Banbury, OX17 3DZ
Pay Rate: 24.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: 12-week Temporary to Permanent
A respected housing association based in Banbury is seeking a skilled and reliable Gas Engineer to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to transition into a permanent position following a successful 12-week temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of domestic gas appliances and systems
- Wiring associated with heating systems and controls
- Ensuring all work is compliant with current gas safety regulations
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
- Liaising with tenants and team members to deliver excellent service
Requirements:
- Current Gas Safe registration
- ACS qualifications (including CCN1 and relevant appliances)
- Proven experience in gas installations and wiring work
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
