About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our growing team in Kent. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who is looking to progress into a Senior Technical Coordinator position in the near future.

As a Technical Coordinator, you will manage design and technical information across residential developments, working with consultants, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance, quality, and buildability. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all technical information for allocated developments.

  • Managing the preparation and submission of planning, Building Regulations, and warranty approvals.

  • Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

  • Ensuring drawings meet build, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting the construction team in resolving on-site technical issues.

  • Preparing technical reports, trackers, and documentation.

  • Taking on increased project responsibility with progression to Senior Technical Coordinator.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Technical Coordinator or strong Assistant Technical Coordinator.

  • Residential developer/housebuilding background (preferred).

  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning processes.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ambition to progress into a Senior Technical Coordinator role.

  • Relevant construction/design qualification (HNC, HND, or degree in Construction/Architectural Technology) desirable.
