About the Opportunity:
They are looking for an accounts and audit junior who are keen to develop their experience.
As an accounts and audit junior within the firm you will be expected to work as a team member and also independently. You will develop your supervisory skills and use your expertise for all stages of an audit, from planning through to completion. Their audit approach includes ongoing contact with clients throughout the year.
About the Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
Supporting with all stages of an audit from planning through to completion
Maintaining regular contact with clients
Preparing statutory accounts for smaller clients from the clients trial balance.
Use cloud based software for audit and assurance exercises
Preparing corporation tax computations and returns
About the Applicant:
The successful candidate will be:
Have over a year accounts experience
Numerate with strong IT skills.
An excellent communicator with good verbal and written English skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and with a positive outlook
Able to visit the other company offices and at clients sites when necessary
Experience with Xero accounting software is advantageous
