As Executive Chef you will be responsible for driving change through menu development and leading the kitchen brigade forward. With menu autonomy and free reign over suppliers. You must have an understanding of the nuances of club life and members requirements. You will be required to manage and develop a team of around 10, and achieve a target GP and payroll targets.
For this Executive Chef role you must have worked in the capacity of Head Chef in a four or five star hotel. With a preference of members or golf club experience. You must be hands-on and driven to succeed in a demanding role.
